Hugh Joseph started the firm in 1997 with the aim of providing a highly professional specialist legal service with a personal touch to people injured in accidents. He trained as a solicitor with a leading Trade Union firm and qualified in 1988. He has specialised in compensation/personal injury claims throughout his legal career. He has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers since 1991 and a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel since 1998
Rob Golds joined the firm in June 2002. After working for the Court Service, Rob qualified as a solicitor in 1999, and has specialised in handling a wide variety of accident and compensation claims since qualifying.
Karen Redmore qualified as a solicitor in 1999. She joined the firm in October 2002, having previously worked in the insurance industry. Karen handles the full range of accident compensation claims
Zoe Richmond graduated in Business Studies in 2001 and has worked with the firm since then. She runs her own case load and works as part of the team on complex cases managed by Hugh, Karen or Rob
